So the day before yesterday I'd finally be able to celebrate both my mum's and my very belated birthday. We celebrated at Chilis in Paradigm Mall. It was Ka'Boom. Well, that was during night time. So what was I doing from morning till evening? I woke up to a blissful morning, finally a weekend arrived just right after the PMR weeks. I'd just finished Dear John, which was really a good book. And I was searching for another book to read just yet. But nothing seem to fit in with me, and that upsets me. First I took John Green's An Abundance of Katherines, I can't go on. So I took Cecelia Ahern's both The Time of My Life and A Hundred Names, which both failed my affection. It upsets me, the fact that I can't seem to read Cecelia Ahern's books. Everybody loves here, and I just can't read them no matter how hard I tried, for so many years I've tried. And I took a book that I've read halfway -rarely I leave books halfway, but that was during my exams, so I had to- which is Beautiful Creatures. Supposedly had decided to make up my mind, but then my friend borrowed me The Power of Six and I think it's time to return her her book soon. I'm not really sure I'm a fan of Pittacus Lore anymore but his books are really good. I noticed it because I don't seem to have the interest to keep knowing more and keep pushing me to read more. There is the feeling, just not as strong as you can possibly think of the previous books I've gone through it. Then slowly came to the afternoon and we went to Paradigm Mall. It was evening when we went, so we decided to have tea time in a restaurant called Teh Tarik Place. It's typically an Asian place. But the food is nice, close enough to the definition of Paradise. After having tea break, we just have to wait for the time to pass and celebrate. And between that time, we went to Popular. Basically, that's where we will all go. It's a kind of surprise when I hold a stack of books my mum didn't whine about how I wanted to just buy and read every book I met, she just asked what I want and pay for me right away. Finally, we dined in Chilis. It wasn't such a peaceful place to eat, really. The kids I suppose were really excited or something, screams or shrieks or cries will eventually came from kids not more than 5 minutes after one stopped. It wasn't as expensive as we thought. Maybe because both my brothers dined in for free, but well, their portion isn't much either so I guess it doesn't make any difference cause they can't even finish their kids meal either. Where Kids meal is half the portion or main course. We ordered 4 main courses and had 2 kids meal. I forgot the dishes names because they're -literally- not less than 3 long complicated words. So I'll just try hard and remember and figure out the food in the plates. Both my bro's had fries in their plate, one had a drumstick while another had a burger. My cousin had a lamb chop, which had black pepper sauce, and it tastes just perfect. My dad had fish chop, lol. I'm not sure what my mum had cause everything is so dark >< And I had chicken with sweet and spicy sauce, which is just perfect for 6 people to share. I was so stuffed after m first chicken, could you believe it? XD But before it, we had Nachos so it was quite convincing alright. It's not just me but everyone was stuffed. And my cousin teased that I had the cheapest main course but it was the one with the most food as it had a full nice size roasted corn, 6 pieces of chicken and a whole bowl of fries. I really would be glad to share all the pictures but maybe I'll do it some other time. I've delayed this post from publishing for a day. Oppps, almost forgot, I bought 3 books back! The Lullaby, which is the second book of the Watersong Series and also Elegy which is last book of the same series from AMANDA HOCKING! I LOVE HER! :3 And the third book is THE FALL OF FIVEEE! YAYYY YAYYY YAYYY! :3
